Hello members

I have applied for my spouse's SOWP but the processing time is over a year and my PGWP also expires in a year.
I thought that I could also apply for her visit visa in the meantime. I know it could be a conflict of interest as TRV is for a shorter stay and SOWP is for longer.
Has anyone done this before and can provide some insights, please?

Thanks in advance for your time

You asked same question a month ago. There is no conflict of interest. Plus posting under Foreign Workers.

Also, what if my TRV comes first? Can i withdraw my SOWP application and get the refund (maybe partially) ?

Will it be a full refund or partial?
Also, when applying for TRV should i mention that my SOWP is in process or withdrawn?
Don’t know. Refund policies are on the IRCC website. Why mention withdrawal for SOWP which shows that spouse wants to live and work in Canada. And now applying just to visit.
