Residence & Tax Question

I am going to file my citizenship application over the weekend, I have almost filled the application, but I have one question If anyone can clear that for me, under the residence & Tax Tab below is my details:

March 2018 to Feb 02, 2020, Dubai

Feb 02, 2020, to Feb 27, 2020, India

Feb 28, 2020, to March 6, 2020, Europe

March 7 to March 31, 2023, Canada

my concern is should I really mention my 7 days of stay in Europe which was just a holiday and I had no permanent address or just show Feb 02 to March 6 India?

If anyone been in this situation or could provide any input would be greatly helpful.

Feb 02, 2020, to Feb 27, 2020, India
Feb 28, 2020, to March 6, 2020, Europe

and update Feb 02, 2020, to March 6, 2020, India (home country)
