From my PR experience, it comes in CIC Portal as well as in the email with the detailed instructions on how to proceed forward.

I would suggest get the new passport. Try to use the expedite processing option and then submit the new passport via web forms.

Optional, there's no harm to send a webform with the receipt of new passport even if it is in the process of renewal. Just explain the situation a bit in a letter of explanation.

I applied for Mom's Passport renewal and she is having appointment early next week.
Hopefully we will get passport in 15 days from now.

Is anyone on the same boat where the IOM requesting to come for another medical exam for 3 consecutive days after 1st medical? and how did you proceed in terms of notifying IRCC.

They didn't ask for another medical exam for spouse.

This is for a Supervisa application. Please advise on this.

hi guys I just need some direction regarding my mom's super visa, i applied for my mom's super visa last year 2022 march 26th of march. in 4th of July we instructed to do her medical, while we were doing her medical she had to go to specialist as she has kidney problem, and report came all good she has kidney problem but noting major like she dose not go to do dialysis, she is in medication, we done her medical around mid of September since then we been waiting, and last month i tried doing web form and i got this reply from them, can someone advice me what does it mean where is this centralized medical admissibility unit and how long they gonna take to give a result its been about 8 months we haven't hard back and we don't even know if she is going to get visa at this point if this kind of situation happens, please advice. thanks advance.

Yes they will ask for 3 days sample collection for T.B sputum test...then they will call you after 3 months of first x-ray to do 2nd x-ray.
They will inform IRCC you don't need to be worry
Just follow IOM protocol

HI, can you confirm what all documents did you submit? did you submit your parents income evidence, assets back in india or was it just yours.
