If Job duties are not mentioned in any way on any employment letter, is showing the company's ad vacancy (on Facebook) where the description is mentioned sufficient?

You can get the company to add the job description to the letter. If the employer is unwilling to do so, write them an email and get them to confirm that those were your responsibilities. Make sure the NOC code you are claiming has 70% overlapping responsibilities. Take the print of the email of confirmation and then attach it to your employment letter. Also, add a LOE for it.

That would be a bit risky. Research about the format of job letter on IRCC website, it should have the job responsibilities. Its a very critical point.

I already know all about the job letter format for IRCC. This is actually a last resort since they are not providing job duties in any way. Can I proceed with that along with a LoE?

I already emailed them but not getting any response, can I still use the email that I wrote to them? Showing the ad post is actually a last resort since they are not providing job duties.

Unfortunately no. That would not suffice.
You can get the job description from your manager, senior members of the team (in designation) as well and mention the reason in LOE. An email communication (official email id used) from your Manager attesting the roles and responsibilities is also sufficient - with the LOE of course.
Do not use the ad vacancy, that does not authenticate your actual role in the company.

Thank you. Is there any sample email format I can use asking the supervisor to attest to it, as in, so I mention all the roles and responsibilities myself in the email and just ask them to verify or something?

Yes, sort of. The manager would have to validate and approve your roles and responsibilities and this email conversation has to be on the company official email. Your manager's name, contact number and email id should be available in the that conversation or in the email signature.
