and no update after this, I see many cases have biometric and medical request right after SA or even before this.

Hi Yeneca,

You are right, the timeline is quite evident that most applicants usually get Biometric letter and Medical soon after the SA.

Now remember even though this is the normal process, sometimes it may take longer. If you don't get anything by end of this month raise a case specific enquiry and see what happens.

After AOR, we heard nothing for a month and then finally got biometrics letter. Haven’t received SA yet but I’m sure that’s anytime now.

I think it mostly depends on how complicated the application is. Nobody knows but the more complicated it is, the longer it will take I think.

When did the PA did the medical? Our medical request came out the same time as yours.

We have similar timeline. I applied outland spousal sponsorship on 29 Nov 2022. Aor -- Feb 7 -- BR-- Feb 14 -- SA -- Feb 15--- MR-- Feb 23

ADR February 14 (Updated Authorized Representative Form since the initial form submitted was corrupted during uploading - their fault)

No medical request, no biometrics request, no SA
I tried calling IRCC, every week, but they won't give any information, says they can't find any signed authorized representative form. Told them we already resubmitted the form last February 14, but they said it is still not on our file. I asked if I need to submit another signed form, they said no, I don't have to do that and to try calling again after a few weeks.
So frustrated. Application not moving because of that authorized representative form, and to think it has no bearing on my sponsor's approval or even on the medical or biometrics request.
I know I shouldn't have submitted one in the first place. I just thought that if there was no submitted authorized representative form, I won't be able to call IRCC and inquire on my spouse's application.
But then again, I can't inquire on my spouse application right now because they still can not find the authorized representative form that we resubmitted.
