Hey there,

I'd been struggling lately because I recently got fired from my Supply Chain Supervisor position and got rehired 9 weeks later again with the same company but in an entry level position. I worked full time in the supervisory role for 15 months and honestly I was happy with that because I was about to start my process for the PR using the CEC Express entry, but then got fired.

My question is: Will my PR application get rejected if I apply while working with my current TEER 4 role? Even though I already have the working experience in TEER 2 level?

I don't think there's a chance to get my position back since the new management already rejected my application to become a supervisor again, so this has being really stressful, I'll love to hear some feedback on this, thanks in advanced.

Once you gain experience of TEER 2 Level for atleast 1 year you are eligible to apply under EE using that experience. The only condition is that experience should be gained within last 3 years and at the time of application you should be employed doesn’t matter if its TEER 4 level job..Hope that helps..Best of luck
