PR Card Renewal & New - 2022 Processing Timeline

Submitted pr card renewal online application on pr portal on Jan 16,2023 for me, my spouse and child. Received only child’s card on March 20.

Anyone from Jan 24, 2023 still waiting? I was able to link to GCkey on March 13th and nothing has happened? How long does it take on average for a decision to be made after linking to GCkey? This was on online application

Linking application has nothing to do with decision making. Right now the department is processing the applications received in the first week of Feb 2023. So, once the application is picked and approved it should probably take not more than 2 weeks to reach your mailbox.

Submitted application for pr card renewal via the portal on Feb 18th.. today seeing that the return reason has been updated to “incomplete application” but the view button is still greyed out… is this a glitch?

The problem comes with manually checking RO for most PRs...PR should have a right to apply online and let the system (CBSA record) make decision (several seconds). Then, most PR will pass in seconds. Leave all applications with special conditions go second review

Online application on Feb 2nd and today I can link it with GCKey successfully. Is this the famous AOR??

I landed on 31st Dec and they asked me to submit the pictures. I submitted by 31st Jan. When should I expect the card or should I contact the office.

I still never got any emails but my and my daughter's cards arrived yesterday or today. Hopefully my husband's is on its way too!
