PR Card Renewal & New - 2022 Processing Timeline

Hi, has anyone submitted PR Renewal application for a family of 3 using Online Portal ? How does other applicants fill the online details ?

Yes 3 separate applications under 1 account - me, spouse and child. Child’s and spouse’s PR card received. Waiting mine - positive indication as “photos missing” message has disappeared against my application yesterday

Hey all,
I’m currently waiting on my renewal for my PR card. I sent it to the Sydney location and had it delivered via currier, which was delivered on Jan 26th. I’ve not received my AOR.
I’ve tried calling to enquire but the lines are always busy that it disconnects me. Is it common for people not to receive their AOR and have their card sent out to them?
After 2 months I’m starting to wonder.

I think I got the “ghost update” today. When I logged into gckey a few minutes ago the status was “ "Application/profile updated".

After clicking on the application the status is now back to “submitted”

Is this the ghost update?

called this morning and the agent told me they are processing the Jan 18 application as of now

I need my card by mid April or I can’t work! this is really getting so frustrating
