I was asked to provide evidence that I intend to stay outside Quebec in my EE profile. I am currently a visitor in Canada and staying with family in Montreal. Can you help, please?

You will need to show that you have secured a job outside Quebec for example. Both visiting Quebec and having family in Quebec creates concerns that you will live in Quebec. Do you have family outside Quebec? Can you go live with them? How long have you been visiting Canada and how long are you planning on visiting? Are you living off savings? Do you speak French or primarily English?
thank you for your response. Yes, I have a cousin and other relatives in Toronto. I can go live with them. I came on December 26th and my thicket is 6 months but I just received a work visa. I speak both.
Sorry, this question is a bit unrelated to this thread’s main topic but do these restrictions apply once you receive PR card too? I mean, can one land in say, Toronto and then move to Quebec after getting PR? Or is that not permitted either?
