For dependent children Visit visa or student visa?

We applied for work permit visa (my self closed WP and open WP for wife) and we have 3 kids. We applied for them visit visa since they are age 5,3 and just 2 months

My question is for kids, Visit visa is ok or student visa ?

For children 4+ many VOs now require
study permits even though website still says TRV in most cases
