I can't see any update in my account yet, although there was a ghost update on Monday. If I check the status online (without logging in) I can see "decision made". So I guess it is on its way to approval.

The status was "Decision Made" as of March 7th. No further updates yet

Hi! I used this PR Card tracker when I first landed in Canada and was waiting on my card to be dispatched. I think you can also track PR renewals through it (from applied to it being dispatched by the IRCC). I hope this helps

I received AOR today.

I applied by mail to their sydney, NS office 2 weeks ago. Will I receive an email confirming that they've obtained the documents and forms or do I just keep waiting for it? Should I call anyone for it? I'm getting pretty worried about the forms not being received and processed in time.

You will receive AOR after your documents are checked and they are complete. You will receive an email. It usually takes more than a month to receive the AOR. You do not need to call IRCC unless it has passed 2 months. Once, received the AOR, you can link your application to the Account.

That's excellent news. Did you send your application using UPS? Just want to check if your application reached the "Sydney, NS" OR "New Waterford, NS" IRCC office.

Yes resubmitted online. Return reason was “photos are missing”

November 1, 2022 - PR card renewal submitted via Permanent Resident Portal.
December 5, 2022 - application was returned stating the reason for the return as "Photos are missing".
December 8, 2022 - re-uploaded the photos and resubmitted the application.

Since then, no updates.

In the Permanent Resident Portal, my application status is shown as Submitted (purple). It has been 134 days since original submit date, and 97 days since resubmit day.

What is this? Anyone having similar timeline?

Did anyone get their application approved after getting redirected to New Waterford location? I was worried about my application and it's been 1 month and 15 days since I sent my application with no updates. I sent IRCC web form inquiries and I received the response back today.

So, I am not sure what's happening. IRCC claims they did not recieve my documents despite they being redirected by UPS from Sydney to New Waterford location.

Have you called them ? Also were you able to link your application in GCKEY (at first I could not link it as well in GCKEY, then last week I was suddenly able to link it which was an indication my application was being processed)
