I will ask my friends to see if anyone wants to help. UPS was just looking like a convenient option and I still don't get how exactly it would be different from using a friend's address.

Not planning to travel soon, but still want to receive my PR card.

When I call they say the application is being processed. The online portal says "Submitted".
