Home ties for SOWP

Hello members,

I am on PGWP and got married recently. I will be applying for my spouse's SOWP who is back home. She doesn't work currently and she doesn't own a property. So i can't really show strong home ties. She does has some liquid assets though like gold and cash bond, total of around $20k cad. I was wondering if i can create an affidavit for this and attach it in my application as proof for home ties. I need your advise on whether this would help proof anything at all or is it useless? Has anyone done this?

Also, My spouse graduated nov 2021, can i say that she is a recent grad and looking for a job in the current employment section of form imm1295e? Also, should i include her 4-week internship in her previous employment?

Gold and bonds are not ties, and you even say liquid assets. Can be sold and cashed out at anytime from anywhere. If you want to say she is looking for job you can but not a tie. You can include her internship if paid.

Thank you! In the form Imm1295e, its asking for the employment record for the past 10 years. My spouse was a student for the past 10 years and graduated in Nov 2021. she only did 1 month internship thus far in 2021. What should i mention as her current employment and from what time to what time? I am confused because she was a student earlier so what dates i should mention.
