It looks like it depends on the agent. Mine was able to tell me that I was essentially in security screning/ I had passed criminality but the security was still pending.Just for general interest: I had a call with IRCC today and got nothing more than the information already available on tracker. The message the agent gave me was that the processing timeline was 23 months, and that there was nothing I could do to get them to finalize my application before 23 months since the day of the application passed. Not particularly helpful, I know. She also said she had no idea which stage my application was stuck with. In fact, she said she had no access to this information.
