you can also try ecas. it will not break the rep agreement. but the level of details shown is not the same:

i don't know other ways to check status for PGP. there's ecas and there's IRCC link. if ecas doesn't work then IRCC link is the only way. did you talk to your rep about linking?

Hey, Did you receive confirmation that document received/uploaded successfully from IRCC?

I had sent the docs to my agent, he confirmed that docs are uploaded. Not very sure if a confirmation comes after uploading, I have to check with him.

My mom got the CSQ approved, do we need to submit any additional application to IRCC at this stage? After online reading, seems that we just need to wait and no application is pending on applicant & sponsor side.
