Hopefully they are just not very good at updating the tracker lol we are all around the 4 month mark now, eligibility should be at least in progress

Yes, but Vancouver is my secondary VO (and did my BG check), but as many people here, eligibility is as "not started"

Sounds good, they should be done soon. Thank your star primary VO isn't Vancouver (worst VO ever)

Just called IRCC. No movement since Jan 31. And my case moved to Etobicoke(primary office).

Just to add that I sent a letter of explanation via webform just to aid the next officer. Due date was Feb 7 but I don't know if it matters

I have Nov 4 AOR, and should receive my CBSA note soon (i requested on Jan 26), will let you know if they move my file.

Same here bro. Called Monday and it was moved to Etobicoke last January 31 update.
