I was fined for drunk driving back in India in 2017 and was wondering will that causes any problems for the PR application.
I received PCC as clear now but not sure this will be enough. Please suggest.

Were any charges apart from a fine filed? I don't think they let you off with just a fine in India.

It was just fine. I remember I almost paid 2K INR and there were 2 penalty points on my driving license which vanished after 3 years...

Don't you need to apply for criminal rehabilitation for this since it's only been 5 years?

Hi I have question regarding PCC for express entry. I have a PCC from India which took in Nov 2021. I cam e to Canada in 2018 and never went back to India after that. Just wondering if the PCC that I have will suffice for my express entry application? or do I have to take a new PCC ? There is no expiry date mentioned in the official IRCC website. But many people keep saying that there is a 6 month validity period for all PCCs? Please suggest.

I think if you have a clear PCC then that wont be a problem.
