They had asked us as well. As long as you are able upload it, the IMM 5669e should be fine I guess. All the best!!

Thanks, I submitted today.
Still it shows action required.
Btw, did you receive any acknowledgement email?

Did you make sure to transmit the document? You need to complete the transmit part as well. It can be seen at the end of the "List of Documents submitted" page where you have uploaded the file. Click next and proceed to verify in next page. After that your status should change from "Action required" to "Submitted".
Yes, I got a mail the same day saying "We received your document".

The eimm5669 version was better in the sense that you could add additional rows for information, unlike the other one, for which you need to add an additional sheet manually. Content wise they were basically having the same questions, so if they have not specified which one exactly, you can try the eimm5669 version because I was literally asked last week to submit that.

How did you submit the eIMM5669 using the portal? I validated the form, but an error always comes up when I try to upload the file on the Portal
