Looking for Email address to inquire case shifting status.

Hi, greetings.
I want to send email to concern department for an inquiry about my case shifting from Monterial to Toronto.
I uploaded my Asylum case with change of address on IRCC portal.
I want the email address of concern department who would I ask the status of my case, if shifted to Toronto or not yet?

Of what I understand the only way to contact IRCC regarless of department is through the general phone number or the IRCC webform.
