CEC draws were there even before Covid where they not??

So to specifically answer this question, one (1) CEC only draw in 2015. Then no CEC only draws until COVID in 2020.

Not really. CEC were common only during Covid when borders were closed. The low CEC scores for draws during Covid were an anomaly. People think that CEC draws with lower score would start up again but with the number of people in the pool with higher scores, IRCC has no reason to have CEC only draws.

I do think now that the GVt has done specific draws back to back with the pressure from PGWP and inland applicants they will be a CEC draw vary soon.Because it doesn’t make sense to do a pnp 1 day and fsw following day after all the proposed changes about giving more weight to temporary residents

So you looked at the draw history before Covid. How many CEC draws were there? Prior to 2020 and Covid, wasn’t the last CEC draw only was in 2015? Again why would they start up CEC draws?

Let’s see if there’s not going to be a CEC draw. Because with all the expiring PGWP just doing a fsw which excludes inland applicants is l don’t know,

I do think the next 2 draws they will be a CEC.
