This is pretty freaking scary. I am wondering if they are now working in the backend for the NOC specific draws. If the FSW draws don't happen by tomorrow, something is very fishy. Let's see!

True that’s what l am thinking too .Because if they were going to do fsw all the people they selected today would have still qualified.

Why would they do a CEC only draw? Haven’t done that in a while and it was common during Covid when borders were closed. There may not be a CEC only draw again.

Extremely extremely few. The norm was General / All Program draws.

CEC draws only really became a thing during COVID.
