Citizenship Application status issue - Urgent

I submitted my application on 7th Jul 2021 with my family (spouse and below 18 kids) . Nothing happened till Dec 2021 till they made an update with "Background verification " as completed for both of us
We both got the citizenship test in July 2022 . No update done on the test status till Sep 2022 after which it was marked as completed.

Today I checked my citizenship application status again and was surprised to see the following status :
Updated: January 7, 2023
Your citizenship application status: In progress
Language skills - In progress
Physical presence - In progress
Citizenship test - Not started
Background verification - In progress
Prohibitions - Completed
Citizenship ceremony - Not started

1. Prohibitions is now marked as completed
2. **Citizenship test status has been changed from completed to Not started**
3. **Background verification has been changed from completed to In progress**

All the previous history is missing in the portal and is now showing only two things

My spouse's application status is fine - all activities marked completed and waiting for the citizenship ceremony - update was made on the same day i.e. 7th Jan

Has anyone faced the similar situation and whats my remedy for this ?

Could be tracker issue as Test don't move to not started from completed state. You can call IRCC or raise a webform to know what's the real status. Sometime the status on tracker do not match with what's actually happening on the file.
