My timeline is almost the same as brswng, really got my hopes up seeing there was some movement.

I really hope all the Vancouver guys stuck after everything marked complete will get Oath together.
I applied from Saskatoon. Previously lived in ON until 5 months before application.
Of course you can ask! I'm doing dual citizenship first and then when I'm financially able I'm going to revoke my American citizenship and become a Canadian
Check the email from citizenship test request. If it says west, it is Vancouver: Mine came from this ircc.westcitizenshipeapp-eappouestcitoyennete.ircc@cic.gc.ca
