I feel like I might be the only one who didn't get an invite today yet from Vancouver
You're not. I also didn't get it.
My timeline is almost the same as brswng, really got my hopes up seeing there was some movement.

I am not sure how to check what is my processing office. Both me and my wife applied online. AORs are received from Sydney, NS. And my fingerprints request was from Vancouver. Is there a way I can check the same?
Of course you can ask! I'm doing dual citizenship first and then when I'm financially able I'm going to revoke my American citizenship and become a Canadian
Check the email from citizenship test request. If it says west, it is Vancouver: Mine came from this ircc.westcitizenshipeapp-eappouestcitoyennete.ircc@cic.gc.ca
