hi does it have to say 1 year after PR? or if its job offer valid till January 2026 and I apply for pr , IRCC will calculate 1 year minus January 2026 to see if it meets 1 year after PR when they review?

Does the job offer letter have to say "1 year after pr"?

if the job offer letter says job is till 2026, but officer reviews it end of 2023, can he issue a pr because a year after end of 2023 is still before 2026?

Ok Now I understand. I am sorry i am not sure but I think your job offer should be indefinite it cannot have an expiration date. Also to claim points for a JOB offer it should have an LMIA. Lets see what other members say

Did you got an answer on this? I'm on the same boat. Applied 24 nov 2023 and job offer letter says job is till 23 Nov 2025
