Hello everyone
I am going to apply for pgwp in next few days. I need your advice. As a student (female) i came here alone. Now, I want to apply for kids, ages 17 and14. Should i apply for my children along with my own pgwp application or after i get my pgwp approved?
Kindly guide
Thanks

You need to show a skilled job for your kids to be eligible for study permits. You may want to show extra funds to support your kids too. What grade is 17 year old in?

He is in grade 11
The youngest one is in grade 7. I am working as a retail associate in a clothing warehouse.

Are you a retail supervisor because retail associate is TEER 4 so not skilled? With the NOC in the link, children are not eligible for a study permit. Assume he is starting grade 11 in September.

Thanks for reply
Isn't this NOC system for PR eligibility? Or for kids with my pgwp application, I should have a skilled job? If get a cashier job , would that go for it?
Thanks

You need a skilled job for a spouse to be eligible for a work permit and children to be eligible for study permits. A cashier job is not skilled you need a NOC A, B or 0 Job (now TEER 1, 2 or 3).

Include in your PGWP now and see what happens. You need to include employment letter and paystubs. The study permits may be refused. If so then you need a skilled job with employment letter and paystubs. Or if refused, then they can apply for TRVs and come visit you in Canada. Your oldest will be entering post secondary soon so will need own study permit and pay international fees.

Hello everyone, i hope everyone is doing well. I need advice as I am in stress. I just recently applied for my PGWP on 22 Jan but I got my completion letter on 8 Jan. so I can't work for those 14 days in between which I didn't but I got my paystub with 160 hrs from jan 1 to 31 jan as they included my training hours in that and I really worried how I justify this CO if they ask in future or they might refuse my file without asking any clarification. Moreover i applied PGWP via agent and he didn't mentioned about my previous job in employment history and i asked him the reason he said we don't need too. Guys i am really worried right now about PGWP that i will get refuse on those point. Is there any way that we can amend this or we don't need too as immigration has excess to CRA so that they can that i was working in PIzza shop even though I didn't mentioned in employment.
