No . I came from saud Arabia. And that is medical exempt country. In the list on ircc Saudi Arabia us one of the countries which are exempt from medical rquirements

Yes 4th condition includes child care. School Teaching ,and health service field occupations. I am so worried. I have not worked any where but I was applying in childcare and as HSW. Then all fields are restricted, it is really worrying
