Application Tracker not working

Is anyone else experiencing issues when accessing to the Application Tracker to check status on Citizenship? I applied online for first time in July and a month ago I received a notification from CIC-Vancouver Citizenship-Enquiries to submit new fingerprints and took new fingerprints in December, however this link https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/ where I registered as an online applicant is not working anymore and can't see my application.

Any guidance on this would be much appreciated. Haven't seen any notification from CIC or any news saying the site is not working.
