Anyone here with secondary Visa Office - CPC Ottawa?

Tried calling IRCC Few times to know the Visa office, but was not able to connect with them.

Tried calling IRCC Few times to know the Visa office, but was not able to connect with them.

Try to connect to the Citizenship line by pressing 2-3-4-0 (with short delays between) and thereafter ask to transfer you to the PR application line.

November 17, 2022: Submitted Application
November 17, 2022: AOR
December 1, 2022: Biometrics Linked
December 2, 2022: Reviewing Medical (submitted the old one)
December 3, 2022: Changed address
December 5, 2022: Requested IMM 5406-E (Family Information Update)
December 6, 2022: Submitted IMM 5406-E
December 7, 2022: Reviewing Document (IMM 5406-E)

Still, no movement on my application 1 month after I submit IMM 5406-E. Does anyone know where I can talk to an agent to confirm my application status?

I'm same as you, IMM5406 provided and not movement yet. I don't even know why the requested that to me as I'm single with no dependants.

Yes, I had new medicals. AOR Nov 7, MEP/BIL Nov 22. I was surprised they went through so quickly.

Is there any movement after that?

Provided Old Medicals taken in 2019.
Medicals & Biometric updated on Nov 23rd 2022.
CEC inland application.

any update after that.. my medicals and bio updated on the same day as yours.. used new medicals

So weird... maybe you changed your address? Because I did. But still, why is there no movement after submission? It still says "We are reviewing the document you provided."

No updates in account after Nov 21st. Finally called IRCC today morning and got updates that my criminality check is cleared and eligibility is yet to be started. Agent also told me that the application is progressing well as there has been no inquiries. Fingers crossed.

Hi, I have the same timeline and Same VO. I also called today and my eligibility is not started yet.
Primary VO : CPC Ottawa
Secondary VO: CIO Nova Scotia.

How and what number do you call IRCC? I tried calling but they only repeated the information from my GCKey

Just called IRCC, medical and criminal record passed. Lady on phone said all documents needed are up and ready but eligibility hasn't started yet. I guess we don't see movement because nobody have touched our files yet.
