The interview was mainly about missing trips out of Canada on the calculation of days in Canada.

At the time of application I didn't know how to request the exits and entries from the CBSA and CBP,
But I had written by myself most of my trips except a few one day trips to the USA.

So by the interview I had already the proof from both border agencies (USA and Canada) so I was able to show it for the immigration officer and proof that I had enough days in Canada.

You can request from the CBP here but it can take like 3 months or more,
And here you can request from the CBSA, there is a charge of 5$ and it usually takes around a month.
The CBSA has also the exits since mid 2019.

If you are not a US citizen, you can look up your entry/exit details here:

But only recent 100 entries available here.

For a formal report from CBP, you need to raise a request here: https://www.securerelease.us/

But if IRCC want, they can get the report from CBSA directly. Getting reports from here is just for your information.

I'm based in Surrey, BC.

Yes, I had to wait for 5 months for oath but this is not standard wait time for august 2021 applicants. I have noticed that a lot of things depend on BG and test dates as well. I noticed a lot of people who applied in august 2021 got BG/test done way before mine and even got oath dates before me for the same reason. Also, online and paper applications make a big difference. Paper applicants got oath faster than online applicants.

Another thing to note which I read in an article few days ago was that wait time between test to oath can be anywhere between 4-6 months. Those are IRCCs current targets. Although, delays can always happen due to certain applications taking longer to pass through verification process.

I was just trying to burn out the 6 months waiting period and was hoping that I will get the oath invite before January end.

Jan 3 update oline with real updates happened on Dec 30.

Dec 30, 2022 - Physical presence, Language Skills and prohibition marked as completed.

Oath status - Not Started

2 Ghost updates since that last update of all 3 sections completed. Citizenship ceremony has not started yet. No real change yet.

1st ghost update on Jan 5, 2023.
2nd Ghost update on Jan 12, 2023.

Still waiting to see Citizenship ceremony section to turn to "In Process".
