WES- ECA renewal

My ECA was done in 2016 and it expired.
In 2016 I also did my course-by-course ECA for Education purpose in US. It expired as well.
Both were done from WES.
Now I ordered a duplicate copy and they sent the copy of the course by course evaluation in for US. But I need to ECA for Immigration to Canada.
What should I do now. Please let me know if anyone faced this problem or not.

You have to change the option in the WES account for immigration to Canada.

I have tried to upgrade my report but it didn't allow me.
I ordered a duplicate copy and they updated the course by course evaluation for USA.
So what to do now?

Raise a ticket from your account for help. WES will revert it. Make sure you raise it from your account and not in general.

There should be a tab on the top saying USA and Canada, did you selected Canada before starting the application. Try calling WES this way they tend to answer you rather than waiting for responding to your ticket maybe.
