mine showed up in 6 days GU1 was Dec 16 then GU2 was Jan 5 and finally the tracker showed BG verification complete on Jan 10 However the date was Jan 6 on the online account.GU Jan 7 and then today Jan 10 but no update on the tracker yet.
How long does it usually take between a GU and for it to show up?
Test Invite is an easy way. Hard way is to call IRCC or get GCMS notes.I have a question. Is it the case that only after you get a test invite, we will find out which local office the file is being processed in?
Test email address has the office info. Like SCR for Scarborough, West for Vancouver etc.Just wondering .. where in the test invite or the tracker does it tell you which local office your file is being processed at?
a very basic qn - why is everyone talking about / interested in the office that's processing their file?! are some better / faster than the rest? given that processing files is what they all do, wouldn't IRCC any way distribute files so all have equal load?I have a question. Mine has CenMTL and I don't think I've come across that before
Yes some office process application within 6 months and some take more than a year. Your location also plays a role. So it's not like every office works the same way.a very basic qn - why is everyone talking about / interested in the office that's processing their file?! are some better / faster than the rest? given that processing files is what they all do, wouldn't IRCC any way distribute files so all have equal load?
That would be Montreal Central IRCCThanks! I figured that would be it, but wanted to make sure
