Hi received AOR-1st October 2020. Done biometric on 9th January 2021.done re-Medical on 10th april still didn’t get any updates what should I do?

I’d suggest write an email to IRCC visa office asking for progress/current statusHi received AOR-1st October 2020. Done biometric on 9th January 2021.done re-Medical on 10th april still didn’t get any updates what should I do?
