Same here. My AOR is Oct 2020. Don't do re-medical until they request though. When your reports expire, they may extend for another year.

You will need to ask IDP directly for question #1 and #2. About Express Entry profile, just give them the final certificate, they shouldn't really care about whether you retake single module or not.

My AOR is Oct 2020. I added my spouse in Dec 2021, they didn't send any biometric letter until late Nov 2022 after I had sent them multiple webform throughout the year.

Well, as long as the work experience letter covers some of the responsibilities in the NOC code that you claim, you should be fine. Get in the pool and hope you receive ITA, because who knows what they're planning for next year with all the new changes in immigration programs.
