Applying Refugee Claim In Canada

Can Anybody Guide that

At second visit on visitor Visa can apply Refugee claim safely. For example a family/person visit in March to Canada and then again in June and apply Asylum in June in Canada. Is it valid and safe to apply Refugee/Asylum on second visit.

No they won’t ask that, but you need to provide solid evidence that your life is in danger in any part of your home country

exactly that is what I meant if you are genuinely in trouble do it but why wait for your next visit it simply indicates asylum shopping with fake stuff.

ahah I tried too but the question made me think about what to advise and what is wise no matter what but why do you want to play and abuse with the system which is straight and define why you want to do fake stuff when you aren't in trouble unfortunately a sad reality.
