Is there any one who delivered their passport for trv stamping inside Canada on 16 Dec and received any update

How long does it usually take for counterfoil generation after passport gets delivered???

Normally, it should take 2 weeks to get passport back.. but nowadays, there is a delay in everything..

My passport was delivered on December 14 and I am still waiting for counterfoil
