Online PR Card Renew

I have done the renewal this morning.
Do meet some issues, cannot submit, submit button is gray...
take advice from other ppl, use firefox to fix it finally

Right now, I only can see "Submitted" on my application, no email confirmation, no confirmation number
So is there anyone gets the new PR card through the Online system,
I am kind of worried about the system, cause it's totally new

Let me know if u meet some problems, we may share the info to help other ppl

You will get an AOR after some time and it may be a month or two when IRCC will pick up your application for processing. Try linking your application to your online IRCC account. That also you will be able only after you get AOR which will have your application number

Hello every one , I tried to link my pr renewal to the GC key but it gives me the initial PR that I entered canada with ??
It did not link my new application for PR renewal is this wrong ??
any one have similar situation??

My wife has the same issue. I have read of other people having the same issue as well.

I have no clue, I have not been able to figure it out. I am assuming its just because the application is not being processed yet.

Thanks man , how long it takes you think as I submitted my online application on 10th dec and till now it is just showing submitted

I submitted online in the 7th. Just got a message today saying photos were missing, for some reason. I still can’t find the renewal on gckey or ECAS.

Hi guys! I landed on 15 septet and still waiting my PR card. Photos resubmission done in November. How long it takes?

Applied December 7th using the online portal. No AOR. Received an email yesterday stating there was a message in the Portal account. Status was "returned". Reason was "photos missing"

I found this by myself by logging into the portal. No email.
View button is greyed.

How about you? It seems like a glitch, but not sure.
