I want to get married, but I don't want it to effect my immigration points. Is it possible that i Marry but I don't declared it immediately and once I get my PR then I declare my marriage and bring my spouse to canada.Would that be illegal ?

That would be illegal and misrepresentation. There is an extremely high chance you will never be able to sponsor your spouse for PR if you go down this path.
Thank you for confirming my doubt. This is exactly the same explanation which I gave. I will either Marry after getting PR or declare it before e-filing

I am not an expert but I believe you can apply for PR and declare your spouse as not-accompanying without it affecting your points. After landing and becoming a PR you can sponsor your spouse. Note, this is of course longer and more expensive.

You are correct, but it significantly delays the processing of the application. I'm assuming this is what the OP wants to avoid. You have to add the spouse to the application. Regardless of whether they are accompanying or non-accompanying, the points aren't impacted. However the new spouse needs to go through the medical, background & security checks and the rest of the reviews (just like the primary applicant). This is generally adding a minimum of six months to the processing of the application (generally longer right now) once the new spouse is declared.
Don't disagree with anything you wrote except that OP specified did not want adding spouse to affect 'immigration points.' At that I bow to superior knowledge...
