I just noticed, your's is decision made, the application is basically handled by a legal group...
It's been in "Decision Made" for 7 months. I ran most of the codes against the list and didn't find any link to the inactive ones, but I wonder if some key information has been redacted.
My AOR on Sep 16th 2021
I passed my test on Mar 08 2022
But just test and background is completed
Others still in processing wait for 9 months now nothing changes

In the oath Ceremony the clerk mentioned it would take 2-4 weeks( Mississauga office) . But Scarborough office is sending very quickly. I took my oath on 16th Dec but haven't got my certificate yet although the ones who gave their oath on 16th Dec in Scarborough, they have got their certificate already.

Is your citizenship ceremony saying Complete on the portal? Mine still says In progress. Took oath on Monday.
It got completed today morning! It takes few days for the tracker to get updated.
