Same here. GU on Dec 16th and was excited just to see that nearly everyone got it, and it's probably not a GU.

More than 2 months since they received fingerprints.

More than a months since I ordered notes (ATIP) and no response.

Fun times.

She is over 55 and is exempt from English language and knowledge requirements. I was the one who filled out the application and I named myself as the representative for this application.

UPDATES:

Request for identity documents: November 16, 2022 (I sent the email attaching her passport, health card and permanent resident card and a correctly signed Use of a Representative form). The form is required because my mother does not speak English and I have to represent her when dealing with IRCC.
