Hi all. Did people waiting for their citizenship certificate after their oath receive it yet? I am trying to understand how long it is taking to receive the certificates right now. Thanks!
My family and I took our oath last Tuesday (Dec 6) and were told at the oath ceremony that the certificates will reach us in 4 to 6 weeks.
It's different for everyone - our online tracker wasn't updated after the Citizenship test. We received our invite for oath in November and the ceremony was on Dec 06.

It's the same for us - we took oath on Dec 6 and there has been no change on the online tracker. The application and oath ceremony still shows "in progress".
Thanks so much! do you know if we can ask them for picking it up from their office? Instead of waiting for it to reach us?
We live in Ottawa and our oath was held virtually at the Niagara Falls office so picking up in person wasn't an option for us.
I haven't come across any information on this forum or the IRCC website whether it is possible to pick up the certificate in person even if applicants live in the same city.
Hi, we took the oath on the same day too Nov 9th, no update on the tracker, oath ceremony still shows in progress, also haven`t received the certificate yet, it has been more than 4 weeks. Not sure if we should start getting worried, but I need certificate to replace my health card and get a passport. It seems like everyone that had ceremony at Niagara are having problems. Let me know please if you have received yours or any updates from tracker.
