I took oath on 14 Nov and received certificate on 25th Nov and on 24th Nov tracker also updated to application approved and closed . But today I just saw that tracker again updated today and status is "in progress". Has anyone experienced this update "in progress" after oath and certificate??? Is that normal or application again being reviewed??

Forget the tracker. You have already received your certificate.

I saw on reddit that trackers are messed up for many people, some people like you are saying even though they received certificate or already finished most steps, it went back to in progress for them too. So I wouldn`t mind about it, you already have your certificate, enjoy your citizenship Was your oath at Niagara office?

Understood however, all Ottawa applicants receive oath invites from Niagara office hence you find several of Ottawa originated applicants following through here once other stages are complete.

Niagara Falls does seem to do the oaths of the vast majority of applicants in Ontario and outside the GTA. It also processes many of the applications of those who live in Ontario but outside the GTA and near slow, backlogged offices (most notably Ottawa and London).

It has been more than one month after oath and still no certificate yet. My oath was on Nov 9th, anyone else took oath on or around date and received their certificate from Niagara office?

Yesterday I emailed ircc to know what’s going on with my application and today I received an email from IRCC about my citizenship application status

Your application is being reviewed by an officer. Every application is different, so I am unable to provide a timeline for when your application will be approved. However, you can expect to be invited to Oath Ceremony 3-4 months from the time your application is approved.

Did they tell you at the ceremony when you can expect the certificate?

On our Dec 6 ceremony we were explicitly told that the certificates reach 4 to 6 weeks after the ceremony but in our case it would be even later than that because of the upcoming holiday season.

You've nothing to worry about now that you have your certificate in hand.

Ignore the tracker, it appears to have several glitches and has been doing weird things for almost everyone. I took my oath on Dec 6 and my "oath ceremony" went back to "not started" last week.
