36 Years of Age - Education Gap - But have Experience - Please Guide

Hello

I am looking for sincere guidance be it from community members.
And any Immigration Lawyer who has handled similar case like me.

I am 36 years old. Married with Kids.
Did my Certified Account Technician (ACCA) did in 2007 and also got Conv Pass in 2011 (as shown in Transcript)
In 2021 i enrolled to Post Graduate Program of University of Texas at Austin in Machine Learning and Aritificial Intelligence. It is partially completed. <= Should this be included in my case?

I was occupied in various Business too. Incorporation Documents have my name too.
In different countries in Middle East and HongKong.

Now i do not know if i show them as my own business, cause i was ofcourse working as a Title too in that business.
So showing as own company vs working, what is better?

Many told me that this is not an Education Gap... cause you were basically gaining experience through various roles and business.... But i need to also listen what experienced individuals of this forum can guide.

I really feel that i should have a Good Quality Degree, and planning to Pursue Advance Diploma (3 years) and than Masters.

Please guide me, how can i proceed my case to have fruitful result.

Ties Back Home.... My Wife, Kids... Mother.. Father all will be back in home country.... and other things....

I am currently based in Pakistan...

It's not clear which specific program you plan to take in Canada and at which school. To have a good chance at a study permit, your planned studies in Canada need to make sense and show a progression of studies based on the previous studies you have completed and also your work experience. I'm not 100% clear what education you have completed to date (i.e. what diploma or degrees you have been awarded). An advanced diploma in Canada may not be the right choice based on that answer.

I'm not sure how to answer your work experience question. You need to be honest about your work experience.
