FYI for the issue where tracker registration doesn't work even weeks after getting AOR, last week I made a support ticket with the new web form via the "tecnical problem" route and included detailed info and screenshots with the inspector.

Still haven't gotten any response, and having seen the following message on that web form's webpage, i'm wondering if perhaps it's not as actively monitored as the old one:

You have been randomly selected to try our new web form. We are testing it with a small number of visitors to make it easier to use.
You can do all the same tasks on this form. If you prefer, you can still use our old version.
I guess i'll go ahead now and re-submit with the old form in case it works..

Whats ur status in ECAS? Mine is 'Application Received', not yet 'in-process'.

Is it true that one can track status in new tracker only after its status is 'in-process' in ECAS?

When did you receive AOR email and the 2nd email for creating tracker account?

Whats ur status in ECAS? Mine is 'Application Received', not yet 'in-process'.

Is it true that one can track status in new tracker only after its status is 'in-process' in ECAS?
Is not true because on ECAS my application shows as "received", but I already signed up in the new tracker and there it shows "in progress"

Thanks for validating, unfortunately I'm having famous technical error everytime irregard to create account or reset pw. Tried evey heuristic approach, nada!

I see, ok so is it true that one can sign up new tracker only after receiving 'follow your progress' email post-AOR? how was your experience?
AOR was Oct 17th, my understanding is that you could sign up on the tracker within 72 hours of getting the AOR - also, at the end of the pdf attached to the AOR, the check status page is linked (though the 24-72 hour timeframe isn't mentioned there).

I did get the follow-up email "Follow the progress of your citizenship grant application with the Citizenship Application Tracker" on October 25th - I hadn't been expecting that email, and by that time I had already submitted a couple of support tickets, so I mistakenly took that as some indication they were working on the issue and resetting something on my application.

Either way, it still didn't work after that, same error when trying to register.

Actually I did just now get a response to this ticket I submitted yesterday with the old webform - nothing special, just an acknowledgement that I contacted them

Gotcha! ok so in my case, I got AOR on 17 Nov., though still within 72 hr window, but I highly doubt it would work, I applied on paper and ECAS shows 'App Received', same finicky technical error I am getting as most, let's see!
