FYI for the issue where tracker registration doesn't work even weeks after getting AOR, last week I made a support ticket with the new web form via the "tecnical problem" route and included detailed info and screenshots with the inspector.
Still haven't gotten any response, and having seen the following message on that web form's webpage, i'm wondering if perhaps it's not as actively monitored as the old one:

I guess i'll go ahead now and re-submit with the old form in case it works..You have been randomly selected to try our new web form. We are testing it with a small number of visitors to make it easier to use.
You can do all the same tasks on this form. If you prefer, you can still use our old version.
