We mailed your permanent resident card to you. Your card can take up to six weeks to arrive.

FYI, messages/notifications through CIC account can take up to 48h to have the automated email sent.

Good news: Just spoke to someone at IRCC who confirmed card was sent to production 11/8.
Bad news: In this phase there is no timing estimate so it’s all wait and see until the card arrives.
Really praying for delivery before Christmas travel!
