Oath: December 9th.

File is being processed at Scarborough office.

Give them a few days to process! They manually review the recording and mark it as passed.
They check that you did not cheat and you gave the exam

how do people figure out which office is processing their application? The only communication I have is AOR which is of course shows Sydney office. BG complete but there was no email notification so can't tell if the application has moved to a different location since then.

how do people figure out which office is processing their application? The only communication I have is AOR which is of course shows Sydney office. BG complete but there was no email notification so can't tell if the application has moved to a different location since then.

Once you receive test invite, the email address has the infor abt the processing office. If you want to know beforehand, call IRCC but getting thru is a task in itself.

The only time realized about the CPC was when I received an email for test - it came from Missisauga - the email address should have initials of the office.

What is surprising is that I see people with similar steps as me either received FP or background check complete.

Can anyone tell me what can be the issue with background check completion.

i Heard the response from Hamilton is very very slow and i know people from year 2021 october oakville/Burlington getting processed now. It can be location that you are residing may be slowest in Ontario i believe

Updates are reflected in tracker next day. They run update during est night hours to reflect the updates done in main processing system.
You do not see the updates real time. It’s once a day (actually night) update

From my understanding, Everyone's file is at Sydney, BG is processed there, then your local office is kind of instructed to send an invite for Test, if you pass, Sydney then wraps up the remaining 3(Prohibition, Language, Physical Presence). Then instructs your local office to administer the Oath and send your certificate after which your file will be closed.
