nope, scan it the actual size, I took prof photo for Canadian PR whatever size that is so scan original size do not change the sizing. No worries, been there so I know what you mean.. ask as many Questions as you like if I can answer Im here..

I received my refusal august 26, applied for notes next day, i received it august 30 but you have to write IUC number and application number in the email subject line

Great! Most likely I will be doing the same thing... I thought during reconsideration you send additional docs to the same officer via email and requesting reconsideration option...were the refusal reasons logical? Meaning was it refused because of missing info or evidences or it was just officer's preference to say no
He didn't even read and consider my arguments...
I'm pretty sure he saw just the first two paragraph of my principal explanatory letter ( 26 pages plus updates = around 35 pages ) , he don't even know what is our status in Canada, no references to articles, researchs, letters, pictures and many other proofs... he don't know the difference between h&c and asylum, he adviced me to apply for asylum although I didn't put asylum arguments in my application but hardship, establishment and BIOC arguments

I cant believe people do that... all those evidences and writing takes so much time and efforts, how can you determine Yes or No without reading a person's life, history, and arguments... it so sad... I understand if the refusal is justified with strong analysis by the officer and lack of information from applicant but not to give you an anctual reason for refusal thats very sad.... I will follow your path most likely just want to see what the officer said about my evidences as she said in the refusal letter that those factors are not sufficient... basically my daughter's and my health and well being were not sufficient for her so she decided to completely destroy our life... thats unacceptable...

Take your AOR with you and family (if applicable). Remain calm and ask to defer removal until your HC is decided. If your officer is not super determined to remove people, they will offer options.
I got email to confirm email and date of last entry and stuff. So I reply with information. But my question is. The photo that I will need to upload on portal is it that I need to take a passport size photo or what. Can anyone explain that way I am prepared.
for online HC application I took Canadian PR photos and scanned in PDF with info on the back of each photo and uploaded on portal. It was accepted and they processed the application... lets wait and see what others will say...
We did pics at photo studio (Staples, pharmacy etc.) and uploaded digital file. There should be exact specifications on the portal. You can print it and show to photographer.
