SP for January 2023 gather here....

I'm a study permit applicant from Srilanka for January 2023 intake. AOR: 07th August / Biometrics submitted on 9th August / Eligibility review started early October / BVL: 28th October / PPR: 28th October.

I haven't taken any upfront medical and have not received any medical request. Background check not started either but surprisingly I received the Original passport request on 28th October and final decision reads as:

• Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application. Check your messages below for details.

As the PPR letter says passport must be sent within 30 days or else application will be refused, I sent the passport today via courier.

My question is will they request for medicals any time soon or will they issue the visa without requesting for medicals or have I received the PPR by error?

Appreciate your thoughts on this as I'm a bit confused.

how is that possible? Rejected after 2 days since you gave the Bio? What is your scenario?

Don’t know about the scenario did everything needs to done and then applied but looks like something was missing as got usual refusal reasons temporary stay is not consistent

Bulk Refusal maybe.. i read somewhere that the computer system refuses application by seeing potential errors or something. idk the truth but just a suggestion.

was it processed by Chinook? they mention it in the letter if it is.

becoz, this is failed eligibility on risk factors or flagged key words - determined via chinook [spreadsheet] -bulk refusal
one may challenge in court or re-apply disabusing the concerns

gcms will have more clarity - however, limited or blank gcms [vo notes]is favourable for JR
