That's a shame! I've always questioned IRCC consultants for this type of behavior.You can essentially manage your own application from start to finish. IRCC made all the steps very clear.
Don't be stressed. If you're in Canada, call IRCC to revoke his access to your account. I think there's a form to do that. And just ask all the accesses (password reset). Assuming that you have your file #, uic, SA details (date of birth)... If you're outside, raise a webform. But I think you must fill the appropriate form.
